Description

The Vollrath VCT4-208 vertical contact bun toaster is built for fast, consistent toasting in high-volume service. It delivers up to 1,400 bun halves per hour, with two adjustable openings from 1/2″ to 1″ to handle a range of bun heights. Independent variable speed controls let you fine-tune production to match demand, while thermostatically controlled metal-sheathed heating elements and axillary heater elements promote even results. Insulated wires and a maintenance-free drive system support dependable operation, and a temperature-sensing fan control switch manages airflow to help maintain performance. Stainless steel and aluminized construction stands up to busy prep lines, and adjustable legs make setup straightforward. For smoother service, it includes two non-stick release sheets to keep product moving through the toasting area. Powered by 208v/60/1-ph at 3.2 kW and 15.4 amps, the unit comes with a cord and NEMA 6-20P plug. NSF and cULus listed. Made in USA.
