This two-section, 15.0 cu. ft. unit integrates a rear mount self-contained compressor and a cold bunker system to keep ingredients ready for rapid service. Arrange (12) 1/6 size 4″ deep pans beneath a 9-1/2″ deep cutting board; specify side for work station to align with your line setup. Built for daily demands, it features a stainless steel interior & exterior (galvanized bottom), (2) solid hinged swing doors with locks, an aluminum door liner, and (2) stainless steel shelves. A digital temperature control & monitor system, LED interior lighting & fan control, and a self-cleaning condenser support consistent performance.
