Three self-closing hinged doors and 6″ casters simplify line changes and end-of-day cleaning.
Organize backups and dough in 24.4 cu. ft. of cold storage on six wire shelves. A stainless steel interior and stainless steel top, front, and sides stand up to heavy use and sanitize quickly, and the LH/LH/RH door swing supports efficient line layouts.
