Technician’s Note: Because this is a “No Shut-Off” model, flow will not stop when the coupling is disconnected. This is specifically designed for systems where a manual ball valve is located upstream or where unrestricted flow is the priority. When installing the 3/8″ MPT side into a manifold, we recommend using 2–3 wraps of high-density PTFE thread tape or a food-grade pipe sealant to ensure a gas-tight seal.
