This Rigid Vinyl Beverage Tubing is engineered for high-pressure gas distribution or long-draw beverage systems where standard soft vinyl may expand or “balloon.” The 5/16″ ID provides high-volume flow, while the thick 9/16″ OD wall provides excellent structural integrity. This tubing is flavor-neutral, NSF-certified, and resistant to most common brewery sanitizers and cleaning chemicals.

Installation Pro-Tip: Because this tubing is “rigid,” it can be difficult to slide over barbs. Soak the end of the tubing in near-boiling water for 60 seconds to soften the vinyl. This will allow you to push it onto the barb for a much more secure, vacuum-tight fit once it cools and hardens back to its original rigidity.
