The Atosa ATSP-18-1 Gas CookRite Stock Pot Stove is ideal for a variety of applications. It has a heavy-duty construction, perfect for commercial food service applications. It has a heavy-duty chassis for a long life and a removable stainless steel drip pan for easy cleanup. The sides, front valve cover, and tubing for its pilots are also made of stainless steel. This increases its endurance while making it easy to maintain. It has a heavy, cast iron three-ring burner. The burner is rated for a total of 80,000 BTU per hour. It is equipped with two continuous pilots. The pilots have been strategically placed for instant ignitions of each section.
The ATSP-18-1 has two manual controls. This ensures operators can regulate the inner and outer rings independently. This provides employees with maximum flexibility!
