Description
This Bakers Pride P46-BL HearthBake Pizza/Pretzel Oven is ideal for baking a variety of items at once. It has three ceramic hearth decks. Two have a 3-1/4″ height, while the other has a 7″ height clearance. Its thermostats allow it to be set for temperatures ranging from 140°F-550°F in its lower chamber or 284°F-680°F in its upper chambers. The electric timers can be set for 15 or 60 minutes and it has a continuous ring, audible alarms, and manual shut-offs. This P46-BL has a stainless steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and a fully insulated construction.
