With a high-tech warming surface, this Cadco CMLB-24RT Countertop Multi-Level Buffet Server heats and holds items at 155°- 205°F for your customers. It comes with four 2-1/2″ deep half-size stainless steel steam pans with a clear polycarbonate rolltop lid. The lid protects food items from potential contaminants and helps the food stay at more consistent temperatures. The stainless pan holders are removable and its base can be used as a warming shelf. This CMLB-24RT has an adjustable thermostat and safety signal lights. It’s finished with stainless steel and has 4 non-skid feet.
