It has the capacity to hold approximately one hundred and twenty 8-3/4″ – 11″ diameter or ninety-six 11-1/8″ – 12-3/4″ diameter covered plates. Its blower system ensures quick heat-up, recovery, and even heating throughout. This Banquet Heated Cabinet’s stainless steel construction with welded turned-in seams make it durable and eliminates raw edges for uncomplicated cleaning, while its 6″ diameter casters have been offset in a “wheel-ahead” pattern for easy rolling. Its stainless steel top mounted latch with padlock provision ensures the cabinet stays securely closed during transport.
