ChocoVision’s Enrober is designed to fit atop the (45 lb capacity) Revolation 3Z and is a moving 6-inch-wide stainless steel belt that passes through a flowing curtain of tempered chocolate.This curtain is provided by the ChocoVision Skimmer or Dispenser (sold separately).As your ganaches, cookies, pralines, pretzels, bars (et al.) travel on the Enrober, they will be coated over their entire surfaces, bottom included.Increase productivity while maximizing the consistency of your products with the Enrober at a fraction of the cost of most.This unit is made of three easy-to-disassemble sections, making cleanup simple.
