Its corrosion resistant stainless steel finish, welded with angle iron and aluminized inner framing, is easily wiped down for a clean, professional looking range. This Gas Range includes an 100% safety shut off, automatic standing pilots, brass top burner valves, and pressure regulators. Its thermostat can be set for up to 500°F and its burners have been designed in a “Star” pattern, without gaskets, for a more even heat. Using 96,000 BTU of power, this Restaurant Range has an extra large 7″ flame spread, efficiently heating small or large pots.
