Convenient and reliable, the Convotherm 4 Easy Touch 20.20 gives the user a full range of impressive and practical features, including a 9″ touch screen and customization options for all of your needs. A USB port is integrated into the control panel and the oven features an Ethernet interface, allowing for easy data transfer to or from the oven. The combi oven features a Gas Injector/Spritzer. Steam is generated by a high-performance boiler outside of the cooking chamber.
The C4 ET 20.20GS has 3 Advanced Closed System + (ACS+) operating modes – Steam, Combi-Steam, and Hot Air and 5 extra functions – Crisp&Tasty, BakePro, HumidityPro, and Controllable Fan. The oven is easy to keep clean and maintain with the semi-automatic cleaning system and HygienicCare. The TriColor indicator ring indicates the oven’s current operating status.
The C4 ET 20.20GS features a right-hinged door with a safety latch. The roll-in combi oven comes with 1 loading trolley.
