Engineered for high-volume hot holding and rethermalization, the CookTek 679101-3 SinAqua Souper induction kettle system centralizes control across three kettles. A single multi-unit touch pad controller helps chefs and foodservice teams coordinate production on the line, in buffets, or at action stations without sacrificing precision.
Dial in exact results via a digital temperature display with adjustable ranges for holding (140–200°F) and rethermalizing (170–200°F). A programmable stir notification prompts timely agitation to maintain texture and uniformity for soups, sauces, and chili during service.
Built for daily use, the system features durable spun aluminum exteriors and includes two 4 qt 18/8 stainless steel soup tureens with lids for clean presentation. Powered by a standard 100–120V connection with a NEMA 5-15P plug, it fits seamlessly into back- or front-of-house workflows.
