Featuring a clear polycarbonate door for easy viewing, this full-size aluminum cabinet is equipped with a universal rack system that holds full-size sheet pans, hotel steam pans, or even an 18” pizza box.
Its advanced digital display and controls allow you to adjust the thermostat for a wide range of temperatures, holding heat up to 185°F and humidity up to 95% with the included water pan. Built with high-quality 5″ casters, two with safety locks, and a durable machined zinc alloy handle, this unit is crafted for long-lasting performance and easy mobility, making it ideal for any commercial kitchen.
