Operators can dial in precise holding with electronic temperature controls, set from 90° to 190°F to match menu needs from breads to proteins. The field reversible door and magnetic latch streamline workflow in tight corridors and varied layouts. Recessed hand grips and a rear tubular handle make docking and loading effortless.
Built for demanding service, the cabinet features a 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and 22-gauge stainless steel interior with a 1-1/2″ wraparound bumper to protect equipment and walls.
