Description
The Garland SUME-100 is a Summit series full-size single deck convection oven. The 2-speed fan and 3/4 HP motor recirculate air evenly throughout the chamber for quick and even cooking. The porcelain enameled oven interior features coved corners for easy cleaning. The oven interior comes with 5 chrome plated oven racks on 10-position rack guides.
The SUME-100 has a 60/40 dependent door design with one double pane thermal window on the left and interior lighting, allowing you to keep an eye on your food as it cooks.
