Its transmission has been permanently lubricated for a smooth, durable operation. Its bowl easily lifts out but has handy dual bowl clamps to lock the bowl in place during use. Its rigid cast aluminum body is durable and its white powder coating has been NSF approved.
This Planetary Mixer comes with everything needed for immediate use. It has a 5 qt. stainless steel bowl, flat beater, wire whip, and spiral dough hook. It comes with a polycarbonate splash cover with an ingredient chute and a spatula. It has an industry-standard #10 attachment hub. These features make using the SP5 convenient and easy.
