This Globe SP62P Planetary Pizza Mixer has been specifically designed for mixing dough. It has a powerful 3 HP custom-built motor and two fixed speeds. Its front-mounted touchpad control panel lets your employees direct its settings or regulate its 60-minute digital timer. It has a thermal overload protection to keep components safe and its transmission has been permanently lubricated to ensure a smooth operation. The SP62P has a rigid cast iron body with heat-treated hardened steel alloy gears and shafts. This increases its durability and longevity. It comes with a 60 qt. stainless steel bowl, aluminum spiral dough hook, and a convenient bowl truck.
