It utilizes a massive 3/4 HP refrigeration deck to build a thermal ice-bank battery, ensuring that all 8 circuits remain at 40F or below even during extreme serving surges in cafeterias or high-traffic restaurants.
What it Solves: Corrects ‘warm soda’ in locations without a remote chiller. This unit provides a self-contained high-capacity cooling solution that ensures crisp carbonation and brand-standard flavor profiles regardless of customer demand.
Symptoms of Failure: Warm serving temperatures during peak surges, refrigeration deck failing to build an ice bank, or the internal agitator motor failing to move the water bath.
