The Lancer 115V 8 Valve Drop-In Post-Mix Dispenser is a heavy-duty beverage station designed for seamless counter-mount integration. It utilizes a high-efficiency aluminum cold plate submerged in the ice bin to chill 8 independent product circuits, ensuring that even during high-volume surges, every drink remains at the crisp temperature required for CO2 retention.
What it Solves: Provides a self-contained cooling and dispensing solution. By using the customer’s ice supply to cool the lines, it eliminates the need for remote chillers and provides a 100% reliable serving temperature from the first pour.
Symptoms of Failure: Warm beverages served during surges, excessive ice melt-down in the bin corners, or visible syrup ‘seepage’ around the manifold mounting blocks.
Technician’s Note: Leveling is critical for cold plate efficiency. If the unit tilts, water can pool at one end, creating an insulation barrier that keeps the soda warm. Ensure the bin drain has a dedicated air gap at the floor drain to prevent wastewater backflow.Technical Specifications:
