It prevents humid kitchen air from hit cold beverage lines, which is the primary cause of internal condensation where mold thrives.
Problem Solved: Prevents internal condensation and mold growth by stopping humid air ingress. Corrects ‘musty’ or ‘sour’ tasting drinks caused by internal tower contamination.
