Description
This long handle pizza peel has a 12″ x 12″ aluminum blade and a 18″ wooden handle. The rivetless design holds up longer than peels that use rivets to connect the blade and handle. The long handle creates that extra reach while pulling pizzas out of the oven. These are available with either a flat blade or bent wings. The wings provide a back stop for pizzas, which is great for top ovens.
