The Manitowoc RFF1300W is a water cooled commercial modular ice machine head that produces up to 1365 lb of flake ice every 24 hours, for operations that cannot afford to run dry. As a modular head it stacks onto whichever Manitowoc storage bin or ice dispenser fits your space, so you size production and storage independently to your peak.
Flake ice molds to whatever it surrounds, which makes it the pick for seafood and produce displays, food prep, blast chilling, and healthcare therapy.
This is the water-cooled model, which carries condenser heat away through a water line instead of into the room, the right pick for hot kitchens or tight, enclosed spaces that lack the clearance an air-cooled unit needs, with the tradeoff of added water use.
