Croquembouche is a traditional French cake made from “profiteroles” or cream puffs, held together with caramelized sugar syrup. The cream puff tower is decorated with a web of spun caramelized sugar or chocolate ganache. The croquembouche is often enjoyed at weddings, special events and christenings. Made of stainless steel.
