Constructed with razor sharp stainless steel blades, this blade/holder assembly is razor sharp and can be used with a compatible push block to change the slice of your Easy Chopper or Easy FryKutter to produce 3/8″ square cuts.
Keep this blade/holder assembly on hand so you do not have to interrupt production if your cutter malfunctions.
