Rotating blade can be resharpened with sharpening stones. 2 are included, each 3″ long, 1/4″ wide, about 1/8″ thick, along with a hex key to adjust the blade guard, as well as an extra blade.
To activate the Super Gyros Knife, press the button with your pinky: As soon as you take your pinky off the button, the Gyros Knife shuts off for safety.
