Description
This rubber-like non-stick baking/freezing mat is a pan liner made offood-grade woven silicone. It’s thermal shock resistant from -40°F to 600°F and reusable up to 3,000 times. Its ultimatenon-stick properties make it suitable for sugar, chocolate, viennoiserie andconfectioner work, as well as cookies and cakes.
It is preferable to rollthe mat rather than to fold it for storage. No greasing or special maintenance is necessary. Clean with a sponge under warm tapwater. Do not use over an open flame. The non-stick baking mat has aspecial silicone finish on one side only and therefore does not adhere toa working surface. The baking mat can also be placed directly on an ovenrack or cooling rack. It is composed of fiberglass fibers and therefore must not be cut.
