Draft Tech Tip: Forward-sealing faucets are ideal for occasional use, as they do not “stick” even after several days of inactivity. The 304SS construction is safe for wine, cider, and high-acid craft beers. To maintain a perfect pour, disassembles the faucet weekly and clean the internal plunger and spout with a specialized faucet brush and BLC. Periodically lubricate the internal O-rings with food-grade silicone grease (Petrol-Gel).
