The Procon Series 1 Mag-Drive Pump is an industrial-grade solution for beverage dispensing, cooling systems, and chemical transfer. This rotary vane pump features a magnetic drive design that eliminates the need for mechanical seals, drastically reducing the risk of leaks and maintenance. Capable of delivering 100 Gallons Per Hour (GPH) with high-pressure stability, this is the preferred pump for carbonators and high-volume espresso machines.
Technical Setup Tip: Never run this pump dry; ensure the inlet is flooded before startup to prevent damage to the internal carbon vanes. Use 3/8″ NPT fittings with Teflon tape to ensure a vacuum-tight seal on the suction side. The mag-drive coupling provides a fail-safe that protects the motor if the pump becomes jammed.
