Accelerate prep with the Robot Coupe R401 combination food processor. A 4.5 qt. stainless steel bowl and a continuous feed kit let you tackle batch work and nonstop vegetable prep with one machine. The single-speed, 1725 RPM drive delivers consistent, repeatable results across everyday tasks.
Switch from the cutter bowl to the feed attachment to chop, mix, and puree, then slice or grate directly into hotel pans or storage. Use the pulse switch for fine control when emulsifying dressings or finishing a rough chop. The included S blade, 2mm grating disc (27577), and 4mm slicing disc (27566) cover core applications.
Built for busy operations, the R401 supports high-volume mise en place without extra steps. Kidney- and cylindrical-shaped hoppers accommodate produce of different sizes to keep throughput high. Plug into a standard 120V receptacle with a NEMA 5-15P for quick installation.
