Description

Streamline dishroom workflow with the Salvajor 100-CA-15-MRSS-LD commercial garbage disposal. A 1 Hp motor pairs with a 15-inch cone assembly and 6-1/2-inch inlet to handle steady prep and warewashing scraps.

Operators start and stop at the push of a button, then manually reverse when needed to free obstructions—keeping staff moving and sinks clear. The MRSS-LD control includes a safety line disconnect to support lockout during service.

Plumb and regulate water with the included fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, scrap ring, and flow control. A heat treated aluminum alloy housing is built for the demands of busy commercial kitchens.
