The Salvajor 300-TVL TroughVeyor is a food waste conveying & disposing system engineered to keep busy kitchens moving. With left-hand operation and an integrated 3 HP disposer, it transports and processes scrap from prep and dish areas in a continuous flow. Water recirculation supports consistent performance across long shifts.
Built of stainless steel, the system includes a trough diffuser, salvage basin, and silverware trap to protect flatware and simplify clean-up. Start/stop push button controls with auto reversing help clear jams quickly, while a safety line disconnect adds an extra layer of protection.
