Draft Service Tip: Party pumps use air to push the beer, which will cause it to go flat/stale within 24 hours. Only tap the keg when you are ready to serve. To prevents foaming, ensures the keg is chilled in ice for at least 4 hours before tapping. Rinse the pump and faucet thoroughly with warm water after use to prevents sticky residue and bacterial growth.
