Adjust the manual rollers to dial in precise dough thickness for pizza, flatbreads, pie crusts, or pastry sheets. Fixed-speed operation promotes uniform results from batch to batch. Spring-loaded scrapers help maintain clean rollers for continuous runs.
Side operation streamlines placement on benches and along walls while preserving safe access. Safety sensors enhance protection, and 4″ adjustable stainless legs level the unit on uneven surfaces. A 3/4 HP drive powers reliable sheeting and the unit carries cETLus, NSF, CE, and USDA certifications.
