This Toastmaster 3B80AT72 is built to warm your food items, keeping your dishes tasting fresh, moist, and crisp. Ideal for restaurants, convenience stores, and more, it has two drawers. Each drawer has the capacity to hold a single 12″ x 20″ x 5″ pan. The drawers have rugged third-member rails and 20 bearings a piece. This keeps the drawers rolling in and out smoothly for an easy open or shut. Its positive-action spring-loaded latch helps keep it shut once closed. It has a built-in design and can be installed in wood fixtures.
This 3B80AT72 is excellent at keeping food products up to temperature. With an adjustable thermostat, it easily holds food between 100°F and 200°F. This gives operators greater flexibility in selecting what to warm and what temperatures to set them at. It has been fully insulated on all six of its sides to retain heat. This Warming Drawer has a single thermostat with a “safety zone.”
