A ducted fan air distribution system promotes even heat throughout the cabinet, while the digital temperature control and monitor system streamlines set point management and oversight. The full glass door enhances visibility and includes a lock with a stay-open feature to speed loading and reduce interruptions on the line. LED interior lighting further improves product presentation and picking accuracy. Built for heavy use, the unit features a stainless steel interior and a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel top and bottom, plus three stainless steel wire shelves.
