Turbo Air PST-48-08S-N-CL is a PRO Series sandwich/salad prep + work station with a clear lid. This two-section unit provides 15.0 cu. ft. of capacity and measures 48-1/4″ W x 30″ D x 37-5/8″ H. The top holds (8) 1/6 size, 4″ deep pans and a 9-1/2″ deep cutting board. A rear-mount, self-contained compressor uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 1/5 HP. A digital temperature control & monitor system and a cold bunker system manage holding conditions. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom, LED interior lighting with fan control, and (2) stainless steel shelves support daily tasks. Security features include (2) solid hinged swing doors with locks and an aluminum door liner. A self-cleaning condenser is also included. This cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed model runs on 115v/60/1-ph, 6.5 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P. Made in USA.
