This one-section, 28″W x 37″D x 31-3/4″H prep unit provides 8 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity and a clear view through a glass lid. Keep 12 pans of ingredients (1/6 size, 4″ deep) organized while the cold bunker system and cold air compartment help maintain temperatures across the rail. Prep efficiently on the 6-1/4″ deep cutting board with side rail, and illuminate the cabinet with LED interior lighting and fan control. A self-cleaning condenser and a self-contained, rear mounted refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant support reliable performance.
