Vulcan’s VC55GD Convection Oven is ideal for baking bread, dessert, meat, and more. Being a convection oven, it circulates warm air throughout the double-deck cavities. This creates a uniform heat to prevent hot spots and potential burns. It can cook between 150°F to 500°F for convenient baking flexibility. Its solid-state controls are easy to adjust and its 1/2 HP blower motors have two speeds.
This Vulcan VC55GD Convection Oven has sturdy stainless steel construction for increased longevity. Its front, sides, top, legs, and lift-off doors are stainless steel. Its handles remain cool to the touch despite its hot interior temperatures. The doors have double pane windows, allowing operators to glimpse items with their interior light on. This Convection Oven has five nickel plated grab-and-go oven racks per deck.
