Designed to keep your products warm and ready to serve, this Wells SS-206ERD Food Warmer uses 1.2 kW of power to maintain the temperatures you set. It has a 12″ x 20″ pan opening per well, accommodating 12″ x 20″ pans and their fractional sizes. Each well is separately controlled and has its own powerful tubular heating elements. This SS-206ERD has a high limit feature to prevent overheating. It has a stainless steel interior for increased durability and ease of cleaning. It can be used for wet or dry operations, but wet is recommended for the absolute best results. This Food Warmer comes standard with a Wellslock for ease of installation.
