Use the Winco MPF-57 Super Fine Mesh Pasta Basket, 5″ x 7″ to strain blanched vegetables and fine pasta. This basket is constructed from 18/8 stainless steel so it is exceptionally durable while its electro-polished finish makes it corrosion-resistant. For added stability it has a strong frame that keeps it from warping over time.
This pasta basket has fine mesh wiring to strain out water and oil efficiently while keeping the solid food inside. It also has a plastic coated handle that stays cool as you work and is comfortable to use. This basket is compatible with most pasta cookers and can also be used with standard stock pots.
