Made of woven fiberglass with a food grade silicone coating, this baking mat allows heat to penetrate beneath the surface and prevents food from sticking to the pan.
This baking mat has a temperature tolerance of -40° F to 480° F and can be used up to 2000 times on either side. Place it in your baking sheet to prevent your pastries and cookies from sticking to the pan.
