This mill comes complete with 5 interchangeable cutting disks, so it can be used to create a variety of textures. Designed with a semi-circular blade, it gently sweeps over the food to compress it while retaining the seeds and skins.
Made of stainless steel, this food mill is exceptionally durable and can fit over any 7″ receptacle. For easy operation, it has a crank handle which allows you to process food without exerting too much effort.
