Description

The Winholt NHPL-1836C-DGT is a full height non-insulated proofer cabinet with an aluminum construction. It has a forced air heating style with a dual proof and heat digital thermostatic control, equipped with a read-out LED display, temperature sensor, and circuit breaker. It has a removable digital drawer.
