This tube (FR-09) manages the seating and alignment of the flow regulation modules within the manifold, ensuring a pressure-tight seal and preventing syrup leakage. Constructed from high-impact, moisture-resistant polymer, it is designed for the high-pressure and high-frequency use of a professional bar. Essential for any technician performing a full gun rebuild or addressing brix inconsistency in standard Wunder-Bar post-mix systems.
Technician’s Repair Tip: If your soda gun is leaking from the flow regulator area or the brix ratio is “creeping,” the retainer tube may be cracked or fouled with syrup residue. When performing a rebuild, ensures the internal manifold chamber is perfectly clean. Lubricate the associated O-rings with food-grade silicone grease (Haynes Lubri-Film) before inserting the retainer tube to ensures a perfect 100% airtight seat.
