The stainless steel top includes openings for ten 1/6-size pans and comes furnished with 4-inch-deep pans, while the top also accommodates 6-inch-deep options. A 10-inch cutting board and available counter space provide a clean, continuous area to assemble sandwiches and salads.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant powered by a 1/6 HP compressor. Two doors and four shelves offer organized storage for backups, and it features a stainless steel exterior with an aluminum interior.
