Universal slides accommodate either twelve 12″ x 20″ pans or six 18″ x 26″ pans, giving you flexibility across bulk entrees, sides, and trays. Standard 3.5″ spacing and slides adjustable in 1.75″ increments let you reconfigure quickly as menus shift.
Built on insulated stainless steel construction with HD correctional features, the PH188 is engineered for durability and control in demanding environments.
