Corrosion resistant stainless steel finish, welded with angle iron and aluminized inner framing, make this Pizza Oven painless to keep clean, while its double walled, insulated construction ensures a cooler operation and fuel efficiency. Using 25,000 BTU of power, this PO19 has long-lasting, cast iron “H” pattern burners with special “V” shaped baffle for even heat circulation. Its equipped with 100% safety shut off, automatic standing pilot, and brass burner valves. This Gas Deck Oven accommodates 3 rack positions when racks are spaced 2-3/4″ apart.
