Chefs and operators can stage trays for banquets, batch-cook production, or room-service runs, then roll them to the line or service area. Four heavy-duty 5″ swivel casters, two with brakes, help navigate tight aisles and hold the cabinet in place during plating. Anti-microbial latches support hygiene and keep contents secure in transit.
An analog thermometer enables quick visual checks to verify holding conditions without opening the unit. Use it to maintain workflow between the kitchen and satellite stations while presenting food at the right moment.
