Description
The Crown Steam ELTM-100 is an electric, tilting kettle/mixer built for high-volume production with a 100-gallon capacity and a 2/3 steam jacket. Its 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel construction support demanding, continuous-duty kitchens. Use it to batch-cook soups, sauces, chili, and stews while mixing and heating in one vessel to streamline workflow.
A 5 HP variable speed motor drives two included removable agitators, enabling operators to blend delicate or dense recipes with control. Tilt with confidence using the self-locking mechanism to portion, pour, and empty with precision. This configuration helps consolidate steps, maintain product movement, and support consistent results across repeated batches.
Floor-mounted control console supports and stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable flanged feet provide a stable, serviceable installation. A vacuum/pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, and low water shut off are integrated to support safe operation. Certified cCSAus and NSF, the ELTM-100 aligns with rigorous commercial kitchen standards.
